RB breaks down everything that happened after AJ Brown's Patriots debut, including his injury, Drake May's struggles, Romeo Doubs' disastrous performance and why Philadelphia's side of the trade is already looking better and better. AJ Brown suffered an apparent high-ankle injury during New England's loss to Seattle, with X-rays reportedly negative for a fracture and an MRI expected to determine how much time he will miss. RB makes it clear that he hopes Brown is okay, but believes the bigger football conversation is about what Philadelphia received in return and how the Eagles' roster has changed since moving on from their star receiver. Drake May also struggled badly against Seattle, particularly throwing the football downfield. RB compares May's performance to Jalen Hurts and argues that the Eagles quarterback deserves far more credit as a passer than he has received throughout the offseason. RB also looks at the wide receiver side of the transaction. New England signed Romeo Doubs to a four-year, $68 million contract, while Philadelphia added Dontavion Wicks. Doubs finished his Patriots debut with three targets and zero catches, including a huge dropped pass, while RB believes Wicks could ultimately give Philadelphia more value at a much lower cost. And Philadelphia still has the additional draft capital it received as part of the AJ Brown transaction. RB explains why he believes this is already starting to look like another Howie Roseman win. But that's not the only major Eagles news. Jonathan Greenard is finally back on the practice field after missing months with a pec injury. Greenard was not placed on the PUP list to begin the season, and his return to practice is a major development for Philadelphia's defensive line.
