Phillips has experience playing for Eagles Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio back in 2023, and Fangio reportedly advocated to get him. Howie Roseman also acquired former All-Pro cornerback Jaire Alexander back on Saturday night, adding some more depth to the cornerback room.
